At Natasha's Top Shelf, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your selection isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
